In a statement issued here, the company said the Continuum portfolio consisted of 412.5 MW of wind power projects.
SunEdison and the shareholders of Continuum are in amicable discussion to complete termination related documentation.
According to SunEdison, the announcement
is in line with its decision to optimise its business in line with
current and future market opportunities.
In June this year, SunEdison said it has
has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Continuum Wind Energy,
Singapore with assets in India.
