“Jayaram Prasad Chalasani has resigned from the company from the position of managing director and group CEO with effect from 31st March 2016,” the company said in a regulatory filing.
The filing also said, “Shamik Roy has resigned from the company from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect.”
The company also appointed Shiv Punj, son of company chairman Atul Punj as additional director of the company with immediate effect.
Prior to his appointment as additional director, he was working with the company as manager – business strategy & corporate development reporting to the managing director & group CEO under commercial leadership programme.
